This page overviews all the steps you need to take to deliver the AIM program at your school in 2012-2013.  If you have general questions about the program, or any questions about this page, send us email at info@texasaim.com or call us at 210-399-1314.
Site Surveys and Quotes
DaVinci Minds, Inc. takes the lead for the AIM Partnership in delivering quotes for the AIM Classroom Kit and Summer Training Institute.
STEP 1 -- SITE SURVEY:  To receive estimates or quotes for AIM, your first step is to complete a Site Survey.  You can download the site survey here or email us for the form, or to ask questions.  The survey is one page and generally takes five minutes to complete.  We simply need to know the number of schools, physical classrooms, class periods and teachers associated with your program, and if you already own selected components of the kit at your school.
STEP 2 -- ESTIMATE:  Within 24 hours of receiving your Site Survey, we will acknowledge receipt, and we will return a detailed estimate within 72 hours.  That will be followed by a phone call from a Product Specialist.
Working Through Questions
After the quote, and before placing an order, you may have a number of questions about the AIM Program.  Some of them are answered here.  DaVinci Minds takes the lead in tracking your requests and making sure you receive complete answers.  As needed, we will refer you to other Program Partners when they have the most knowledge regarding your question, but we will continue to coordinate.  As always, you can email us at info@texasaim.com or call 210-399-1314.
Placing Orders
STEP 3 – PURCHASE ORDERS: Because the AIM Partnership has three main partners, we ask you to issue three Purchase Orders.  We send you the information needed to place those Purchase Orders, and we provide direct contacts for each Partner.  DaVinci Minds will continue to coordinate the overall delivery. The total will exactly match the Quote previously provided. Once a Purchase Order is received the order is entered and moved forward to the next step.
Training: On placement of your order, you are automatically signed up for training based on the number of training seats purchased.
Delivery and Installation
The following timeline estimates when you will receive your order and when we will complete installation.  This of course depends on when we receive your order, with down payment.
Receipt of OrderDelivery of Order and Installation Complete By
Before May 1            June 15
Before June 1           July 15
Before July 1                    August 15
After July 1       As quickly as possible
Installation will be scheduled in coordination with your staff.  Installation requires 2-3 days, and during that time, we require access to the room/s where you will deliver the program.  We also require the brief presence of your IT staff at the start of installation, and their availability during installation.  During installation, we will load all required software onto your computers, install the LearnMate server, and verify proper operation.
Training Sign-Up and Schedule
You are automatically signed up for training when we receive your purchase order and down payment.  You will receive confirmation of training sign-up.  You can also sign up for training by sending us email.  If class space is full, priority is given to customers who have purchased AIM or submitted a Purchase Order with down payment.
Teacher Training -- AIM Summer Institute
The AIM Summer Training Institute is a week long class that is required and will be held in the summer of 2012.
    July 22-27, Waco ISD.
Training is provided by DaVinci Minds and led by AIM classroom teachers from Waco ISD.  The cost of training includes dinner on Sunday night and lunch each day. The cost does not include breakfast, dinner, your hotel, or other travel costs.
